New 2012 iPhone, Samsung Galaxy S3 or Galaxy Note?

My phone contract is up, and while I have been using a iPhone 4, I'm interested in upgrading to a new phone! I'd love to hear the opinions of everyone as to why they would choose either the Samsung Galaxy Note, Samsung Galaxy S 3 or New iPhone 2012 (iPhone 5) that is coming out over the rest? I know there really isn't much info on the New iPhone 2012 (iPhone 5) that is coming out, but would it be worth waiting? Do you think it will be something special? Your feedback and opinions would be much appreciated and taken into account. Many thanks to you all for your opinions :)
